Costly and avoidable false alarms in flats and apartments are set to become a thing of the past thanks to a revolutionary new fire alarm solution now available from Solid State.

Specifically designed for use in houses of multiple occupation, our new 'BS 5839-6 Hush Buttons' work with widely-available analogue addressable fire alarm systems to provide reliable fully-monitored fire detection, alarm and silencing facilities inside each individual flat or apartment.

They effectively put each occupant firmly in control of their own fire detection systems, helping to reduce false alarms, unnecessary building evacuations and the likelihood of a true alarm condition being ignored.
The innovative solution provides constant fault monitoring and signals a fault at the main fire panel should any detector become dislodged or damaged by a tenant.

The system has already been installed/specified by Solid State at a number of prestigious sites including White Cross Court, a fabulous 32-apartment development in Newton-le-Willows, Cheshire and John Robert Gardens in Cumbria.
